Mills Management

Mills Management is owned and managed  by Kitty Mills. I purchased my first rental house in 1977.  All of my rental houses are in historic downtown Lafayette, Indiana.  My goal is to maintain the historic character of my rental houses such as original siding, woodwork, hardwood floors, high ceilings, etc. while incorporating modern conveniences such as central air conditioning and updated bathrooms and kitchens.  All my rental houses are within 8 blocks of my own home so I can provide timely service and attention.  I am proud to say I would be happy to live in any of my rental houses.
